Captain (Business Unit Manager)

As Captain of Beyond the Smile, you take the lead in our hospitality division. You maintain an overview and help build strong customer relationships. With your drive and people skills, you help teams grow and ensure that every collaboration feels like a perfect match.

For our office in Antwerp, we are looking for a Captain who will lead our Smile division (Hostessing & Ambassadors) to the next growth phase with vision and authority.

Will you help build our future? This is a role for a mature professional who dares to take ownership. You manage a Business Unit that forms the cornerstone of our national reputation. You are responsible for the entire operational flow, the profitability of your unit, and safeguarding the 'Beyond standard' across our hubs in Antwerp, Ghent, and Brussels.

How you make an impact

• Strategic Key Account Management: You are the point of contact for our top accounts. You manage a prestigious portfolio, including:

Automotive Leaders: D'Ieteren Automotive, BMW, Renault, Honda & Mazda.

Corporate & Telecom: Proximus and leading business hubs such as MeetDistrict.

Premium Events & Agencies: Zoute Grand Prix, Golazo and the most renowned event architects (including MeetMarcel, DDMC).

People Leadership & Coaching: You manage a team of Account Planners and act as a mentor. You oversee the qualitative recruitment of our ambassadors and the growth of your internal team.

Business Control: You are responsible for the division's P&L. You manage margins, monitor commercial rates, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

Profile

You are an experienced professional with a strong commercial and operational background in staffing, services, or hospitality. You speak fluent Dutch and French. You are analytically sharp, cool-headed under pressure, and possess the natural authority to inspire both clients and teams. You understand that etiquette and detail make the difference between an assignment and a success story.
