Marketing & Communications Manager

As Marketing & Communication Manager, you are our go-to person for both OFCORES and the BAM Marketing Congress.

Job description:

For OFCORES:

• Setting up a marketing strategy, rolling out plans and bringing them to life.
• Drawing up a marketing budget.
• Central point of contact for all marketing-related matters.
• Operational management of a MarCom department and development of a team.
• Monitoring the corporate identity.

For the BAM Marketing Congress:

• You are part of our project team and develop a marketing plan.
• Drawing up and rolling out a marketing plan in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Providing internal & external communication with all stakeholders (including conference committee, participants, speakers, partners).
• Negotiating and implementing media partnerships

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a creative setting).
• Diploma in Marketing or Communications.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, ...), Canva, Wordpress, Drupal, and mailing tools.
• Strongly developed sense of creativity and concept development.
• Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a plus).
• Good at planning and organizing.
• Team player with strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Apple savvy and handy with common software.
