As a project preparer you are part of the Operations Team. You are responsible for the preparation and internal coordination of our construction projects with tent structures within the rental and sales activity.

Job description:

Internally coordinate, prepare and manage construction projects with modular infrastructure according to material availability in collaboration with the project manager and responsible purchasing. The project manager will be responsible for the implementation on site.
Provide support to the project manager in the handling of projects. This includes preparing project files, securing and executing contractual and financial agreements, placing and managing orders for project-specific materials (heating, lighting, etc.) and their follow-up.
Assisting your fellow project preparer with the feasibility of available resources and administrative completeness of the projects.
You are the internal point of contact for sales and project management for the availability of materials and changes to existing files.
You are the point of contact for domestic and foreign collection projects.
– After a training period, you will be able to optimize the product models in our operational ERP system.
– Independently supervise standard projects.

Profile

Bachelor
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Problem-solving way of thinking
Stress-resistant during peak moments
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
Good language skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus
