How to use Briefings?
Welcome to the Briefings module of the eventplanner.net event software. This module lets you build event briefings that are highly personalised for each stakeholder - without the manual rewriting that usually comes with sending tailored documents to every partner.
With Briefings, you build a single, structured brief that automatically delivers the right sections to the right people. Generic sections go to everyone. Supplier-specific sections go only to the relevant partner. You can also target sections by supplier category - all caterers, all AV, all security - or address them to individual team members and stakeholders. One brief, multiple audiences, no separate documents to maintain.
Briefings pulls live event data from the rest of your planning, so venue, timing, and supplier details stay in sync automatically. Update the brief, and partners see the updated briefing immediately. You can track which version is current, see who has acknowledged the latest update, and reuse proven briefings as templates for future events.
