The range of different spaces makes it easy to organize a tailor-made event at WOLF; for us, that was a networking evening with food and drinks.

You are looking for an original and pleasant environment where your visitors can get to know each other, have fun, share ideas, or learn new things. You are looking for an attractive place, the location of your events is one of the most important parts of the experience that your guests will experience. So you are looking for a perfect event location that leaves an unforgettable impression and enables your guests to get the most out of your event.

Quite a challenge if you are looking for the ideal location for your event. How do you narrow down the offer when you are choosing a location? Broadly speaking, there are two important things that you should pay attention to: the atmosphere that the event location radiates and a whole list of practical matters.

The atmosphere of the event venue

Does the event location evoke the right atmosphere? Does it match the goal you want to achieve with your event: that is the answer to the question 'for whom are you organising your event (the company) and what should be achieved (the goal)?'

Since the way to the hearts of men and women is through their stomachs, you should also check which catering facilities are available. Do you have to work with an in-house caterer or do you choose one yourself? Sufficient moments to consume food and drinks at your event are always appreciated. Also important: how are safety and environmental standards? Are there emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid facilities? Does this event location offer sufficient technical equipment such as audiovisual facilities and, of course, internet and Wi-Fi? Does the room have enough light? If there is enough natural light, your guests will feel happier and more energetic. Are there also blinds, a stage, heating, and air conditioning?
