Welcome to Flanders Expo, the second largest event location in Belgium!
Located just outside the heart of Ghent and with more than one million visitors annually, Flanders Expo is the ideal location for public and corporate events, seminars and conferences, cultural activities, sports events, outdoor events and trade fairs.
With an area of more than 63,000 m², Flanders Expo offers an extensive range of versatile spaces. You can choose from eight event halls (54,000 m²), four meeting rooms, a cozy foyer and a stylish, multifunctional black box. Thanks to our flexibility, we can quickly ensure that the spaces are adapted to your specific needs, wishes and ideas.
Additional assets: free WiFi, meeting packages, space for customized catering and the latest audiovisual material.

Accessibility
The largest indoor event location in Flanders is ideally located and easily accessible by public transport. Tram line 1 connects Flanders Expo directly with the city center of Ghent and the Gent-Sint-Pieters station.
Are you coming by car? You can reach Flanders Expo quickly and easily via the main access roads (E17, E40 and R4). You can charge your car at a charging point in one of the car parks.
