KonseptS sees conferences in a different way, in which experience is central. We like to focus on the individual who attends the congress, so that there is something for everyone! From the inspiring quotes in the toilet to an instructive welcome song... Together we provide a congress tival that leaves an impression on the guests and on you!
For us it is also about substantive, beautiful, handsome, trendy and wow events, but the emphasis is more on the initial question “What is the RIGHT event” for this customer?
As consultants, we will make meticulous efforts to match the target group and objective. We trigger you to think carefully about the why and for whom. The conclusions of this exercise can sometimes have a completely different outcome than the initial question. We then create the concept and our customer chooses how our collaboration will continue. Can he continue on his own or does he actually need practical guidance, he decides. And we do this with clear figures, correct budgets and no surprises afterwards.

With our headquarters in Antwerp and a branch in Heusden-Zolder, our team of 4 experienced event managers are the right party to shape your next event. For larger projects, our team is further supplemented with the right expertise on the market (hospitality, digital, graphical, communications, stage design, show creators, ...)
In addition to our event expertise, we are also the company behind the Staycation Squad brand. We provide an All-In holiday experience at home. Hotel service in your own room! Our Homie will visit you to relieve you and your party of up to 8 people. Your favorite coffee when you wake up, breakfast buffet prepared and the terrace made bright.
Our Squad can optionally provide additional holiday experiences. You can choose from 9 different categories, full of ideas: Excursions, experiences, sports & games, kids club, wellness, theme days, workshops, music and catering. A chef at home, a private driver to a restaurant, a yoga class or aquagym to glamping in your garden. Nothing is too crazy for our Squad!

Cycle meeting - Mölnlycke
First meeting after 1 1/2 years was an immediate hit thanks to the ideas of KonseptS Events.
Teambuilding activity was very original and fun: building a wind kite, completely in our brand colours. Location Watt17 was a gem.
Collaboration with Sophie is very professional, structured and efficient. All last minute requests are executed immediately.

KonseptS has given us a super fun and beautiful staff party.
Both before and during the party we were well guided by Willem.
It was taken care of down to the last detail. No 5 score because of the DJ.

On 13/12/18 had a very pleasant collaboration with Willem Vandeweyer with KonseptS.

I am regularly asked by KonseptS to draw quick caricatures of the invitees at all kinds of events. Time and again it is a great success because the customer appreciates my skills and can laugh with it heartily, which is the intention, but also because of the perfect environment that KonseptS offers the customer and me, as a supplier.
