Superb event!

There was quick and easy communication in advance and thought along to put together a fun team building, the offer was also very clear and flexible.
On site, everything was followed up down to the last detail with a funny and playful touch during the fun part and the tests were supervised by enthusiastic supervisors.
Our group consisted of about 65 people of different ages and everyone could participate smoothly, even a solution for the weather gods that were not in our favor was immediately tackled (tents / ponchos)

In the course of 2019 we worked together with Event Masters to organize 2 ski incentives in January 2020 (1 Belgian group, 1 Dutch group). The collaboration went smoothly thanks to their professionalism, proactive communication, flexibility and extensive experience. The feedback from our customers was clear, as both groups gave an average satisfaction score of more than 9/10.

We have done a super fun & educational team building / training from Event Masters. The event was perfectly organized and was guided by Event Masters in a fun and clear way.
The team building was great fun and accessible to everyone, afterwards you feel more connected with all colleagues because you do not only work with your own department. All details, departments and employees are important, like small building blocks in a larger whole, only together we can achieve our goals! Afterwards, we received an interesting analysis from experts about how we work together as a team with a clear overview of our strengths and opportunities.

A strong concept made us enthusiastic to start it together, realizing the concept gave us a pleasant satisfaction. Timing, planning and budgets: everything was strictly monitored. Safety was paramount during the construction, throughout the event and also during the dismantling. Last minute adjustments were made, all questions were answered. As a customer, we felt involved in the choices, in the solutions and we could enjoy the expertise of Event Masters. Event Masters brings a mix of efficient, discrete employees who are constantly present and never lose sight of any detail. They always bring a little bit more ... in short, incredibly satisfied customers!

Een sterk concept maakte ons warm om er samen aan te beginnen, het waarmaken van het concept gaf ons een aangename voldoening. Timing, planning en budgetten : alles werd strict opgevolgd. Veiligheid stond voorop tijdens de opbouw, het hele event door en ook bij de afbouw. Last minute aanpassingen werden doorgevoerd, alle vragen kregen een antwoord. Als klant voelden we ons betrokken bij de keuzes, bij de oplossingen en konden we van de expertise van Event Masters genieten. Event Masters brengt een mix van efficiënte, discrete medewerkers die constant aanwezig zijn en geen enkel detail uit het oog verliezen. Ze brengen altijd een tikkeltje meer... kortom ongelooflijk tevreden klanten!

Top from start to finish!

It already started with the first contact. Bert Knuts and his colleague took the time to find out our needs in detail. Their offer was therefore worked out to perfection, even with some graphic ideas! The choice for Event Masters was therefore logical and deserved. A step-by-step plan was soon agreed, which gave confidence for the further completion of the project. The intensity of the cooperation was systematically increased, and in the meantime we were kept informed of the state of affairs at regular intervals, and the budget was continuously kept up-to-date depending on our changing questions (to which the response was very flexible by the way. ).
As the event approached, we were guided even more intensively. We were never blamed in any way for our mass of questions during the last phase, quite the contrary!
During the event, the direction was flawless and the employees of Event Masters were very available.
Nothing but praise for the entire team! At the moment I cannot imagine consulting elsewhere in the future when we need an external organizer again.

Het begon al bij het eerste contact. Bert Knuts en zijn collega namen de tijd om onze behoeften tot in de details te achterhalen. Hun offerte was dan ook tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt, zelfs reeds voorzien van enkele grafische ideeën! De keuze voor Event Masters was dan ook logisch en verdiend. Al snel werd een stappenplan afgesproken, wat alvast vertrouwen gaf voor de verdere afwikkeling van het project. De intensiteit van de samenwerking werd stelselmatig verhoogd, en intussen werden we met regelmatige tussenpozen op de hoogte gehouden van de stand van zaken, en werd het budget continu up-to-date gehouden afhankelijk van onze wisselende vragen (waar trouwens zeer flexibel op werd gereageerd).
Wanneer het event naderde werden we nóg intensiever begeleid. Nooit werd ons op enige wijze onze massa vragen tijdens de laatste fase kwalijk genomen, integendeel!
Tijdens het event was de regie vlekkeloos en de medewerkers van Event Masters waren zeer beschikbaar.
Niets dan lof voor het ganse team! Ik kan me momenteel niet inbeelden in de toekomst ergens anders te rade te gaan wanneer we terug behoefte hebben aan een externe organisator.

I enjoyed the whole process of the event: choosing the format, location, working on a scenario, discussing details and of course holding out an outstanding evening. In Harmony in Budapest

An extensive lunch on the terrace of one of the most expensive restaurants in Budapest can not be better concluded than listening to a private concert. The location was perfect for it: golden chandeliers, colorful murals, and large mirrors. The group took a tiring seat in the concert hall and leaned back and listened to the beautiful sounds of the orchestra ... until the conductor laughed and told them they had to do it all themselves. Oops! Soon the groups spread out over the different rooms in the building and while it was 35 degrees outside, they didn't even have time to take a break for a glass of water, they had to keep going! I have never seen every participant give themselves more than 100% during a group activity, really everyone participated. The result was great! There are even people who have picked up their musical hobby again after this activity.

Een uitgebreide lunch op het terras van een van de duurste restaurants van Boedapest kan je niet beter afsluiten dan relaxed luisteren naar prive concert. De locatie was er perfect voor: gouden kroonluchters, kleurrijke muurschilderingen en grote spiegels. De groep nam nietsvermoeiend plaats op de stoelen in de concertzaal en luisterde achterover geleund naar de mooie klanken van het orkest....totdat de dirigent hen lachend vertelde dat ze het allemaal zelf moesten gaan doen. Oeps! Al snel verspreidden de groepjes zich over de verschillende zalen in het gebouw en terwijl het buiten 35 graden was, hadden ze niet eens tijd om even pauze te nemen voor een glaasje water, ze moesten door! Ik heb nog nooit iedere deelnemer zich meer dan 100% zien geven tijdens een groepsactiviteit, echt iedereen deed mee. Het resultaat was geweldig! Er zijn zelfs mensen die na deze activiteit hun muzikale hobby weer hebben opgepakt.

At the end of 2017, we organized an incentive trip to Panama with the Alken-Maes Breweries, organized by Event Masters. The destination alone has triggered many of my customers. The organization, guidance and after sales of the project was always taken care of down to the last detail. For me Event Masters is a medium-sized player in the events market that combines professionalism with a business friendly atmosphere. the Haka was the max

In June we had a team building with our company. The afternoon was filled with fun activities and ended with an exciting public sale. One of the activities was devising and executing a Haka, our employees still talk about this, it was hilarious and gave everyone loads of energy. In my opinion, the guidance of the different teams could have been a bit stricter so that everyone really participated, but that is my preference, others may just prefer more freedom. The preliminary phase was great, Event Masters listens carefully to your needs to put together a suitable program.

In juni hadden wij een teambuilding met ons bedrijf. De namiddag was gevuld met leuke activiteiten en werd afgesloten met een spannende openbare verkoop. 1 van de activiteiten was een Haka bedenken en uitvoeren, onze medewerkers spreken hier nog over, het was hilarisch en gaf iedereen pakken energie. Naar mijn gevoel had de begeleiding van de verschillende teams wat strikter gemogen zodat echt iedereen deelnam, maar dat is dan weer mijn voorkeur, anderen houden misschien net van meer vrijheid. Het voortraject was super, Event Masters luistert goed naar je noden om een geschikt programma samen te stellen.

Events with Event Masters is a true collaboration! Everything starts with a briefing where EM quickly analyzes the questions and needs of the company. Their proposals are therefore worked out in great detail and each point is jointly determined in consultation. EM is very reliable and transparent on a budgetary level. Budgets are closely monitored step by step as the organization develops. We have had the opportunity - and the luck - to organize open days in our company together with EM, a true success! Everything was based on cooperation, an ear for the customer, concern for a fine finish, an eye for detail, ... The catering was finely taken care of, an offer that fully corresponded to our audience. Each company may have a specific audience, we have a lot of technicians who are in the trench every day, these people love good food, but also eat 'a lot'! Safety is also central to EM, nothing is left aside (first aid, RYD or other Bobactie, ...) which is very calming for a company.

Evenementen met Event Masters is een werkelijke samenwerking! Alles begint met een briefing waar EM al snel de vragen en noden analyseert van het bedrijf. Hun voorstellen zijn dan ook heel gedetailleerd uitgewerkt en elk puntje wordt samen in overleg vastgelegd. Op budgetair vlak is EM heel betrouwbaar en transparant. Budgetten worden op de voet gevolgd stap per stap naarmate de organisatie zich op touw zet. Wij hebben de kans - en het geluk - gehad om samen met EM opendeurdagen te houden in ons bedrijf, een waar succes! Alles berustte op samenwerking, oor voor de klant, concern voor een piekfijne afwerking, oog voor detail,... De catering was fijn verzorgd, een aanbod dat volledig overeenstemde met ons publiek. Elk bedrijf heeft wellicht een specifiek publiek, wij hebben heel wat technici die dagelijks in de sleuf zitten, deze mensen houden van lekker eten, maar ook van 'veel' eten! Ook veiligheid staat centraal voor EM, niets wordt terzijde gelaten (EHBO, RYD of andere Bobactie,...) wat voor een bedrijf heel rustgevend is.
