Event Masters brings anniversary edition of the Travel Awards 2025 to life
Event Masters produced the 25th annual Travel Awards Gala, which recently took place in the Skyhall at Brussels Airport. For this celebratory anniversary edition, organizer TRAVelMedia BeLux entrusted Event Masters with the complete event production, technical direction, and scenography.
Annual highlight of the Belgian travel sector
The Gala, attended by 1,000 travel professionals, became a sparkling evening full of recognition, experience, and emotion. A total of 36 Travel Awards were presented to companies and professionals who made a difference in the Belgian travel sector over the past year.
Event Masters developed a dynamic 360° showflow where pace, suspense, and storytelling literally took center stage. Each nomination built to a climax, while powerful visual content and live entertainment kept the energy high throughout the evening. Combined with a culinary highlight dinner, the show created a premium overall experience.
One of the most poignant moments was Jan Peeters' farewell, when he passed the torch to Bart Mathys and the existing TRAVelMedia BeLux team. His daughter delivered an emotional tribute to Natalia's "Rising," followed by a standing ovation from 1,000 colleagues. A tribute to four decades of passion and innovation within the sector.

Event Masters produceerde de 25ste editie van het Gala van de Travel Awards, dat onlangs plaatsvond in de Skyhall van Brussels Airport. Voor deze feestelijke jubileumeditie vertrouwde organisator TRAVelMedia BeLux op Event Masters voor de volledige eventproductie, technische regie en scenografie.
Jaarlijkse hoogmis van de Belgische reissector
Het Gala, met een opkomst van 1.000 reisprofessionals, groeide uit tot een sprankelende avond vol erkenning, beleving en emotie. In totaal werden 36 Travel Awards uitgereikt aan ondernemingen en professionals die het afgelopen jaar het verschil maakten in de Belgische reissector.
Event Masters ontwikkelde een dynamische 360° showflow waarin tempo, spanning en storytelling letterlijk centraal stonden. Elke nominatie bouwde op naar een climax, terwijl krachtige visuele content en live entertainment de energie doorheen de avond hoog hielden. De combinatie met een culinair hoogstaand diner zorgde voor een premium totaalbeleving.
Een van de meest beklijvende momenten was het afscheid van Jan Peeters die de fakkel doorgaf aan Bart Mathys en het bestaande team van TRAVelMedia BeLux.. Op de tonen van Rising van Natalia bracht zijn dochter een emotionele hommage, gevolgd door een staande ovatie van 1.000 collega’s. Een ode aan vier decennia van passie en vernieuwing binnen de sector.
