Het Pesthuisje is a historic venue in the old monastery garden of the St. Elisabeth care centre in Haelen. You can book the building for small gatherings such as a birthday celebration, wedding ceremony, meeting, course or training session. It is also available to organisers of a memorial service or funeral reception. The venue is available to visitors who are not clients, employees or volunteers of Land van Horne.

Its historic character and setting in a green, wooded area give gatherings a peaceful and distinctive feel. The Leudal nature reserve is nearby, with opportunities to combine a gathering with a walk or cycle ride. There is a garden and terrace around Het Pesthuisje. Inside, there is room for up to 50 people. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has free Wi-Fi and meeting equipment. It is also connected to public transport.

Catering is available for food and drink. Options include snacks and drinks, brunch, afternoon tea, a buffet and a barbecue, depending on the arrangements chosen. This allows organisers to tailor the space and catering to the type of gathering. Het Pesthuisje closes at 20:00, making it suitable for daytime gatherings and occasions during the day or early evening. With its blend of historic atmosphere, practical facilities and green surroundings, it is a special place for a small meeting, course or celebration in Haelen.
