Riverhouse

Riverhouse is a city-owned waterfront venue in Vero Beach, Florida, available to event planners for weddings, private parties and meetings. Set beside the Indian River Lagoon in MacWilliam Park, it offers an air-conditioned indoor space with a covered porch and a large concrete deck, giving guests room to gather both inside and outdoors.

The venue can accommodate up to 100 people seated at tables. Its layout can also include space for a small dance floor, making it suitable for celebrations as well as more informal gatherings. Tables and chairs are included in the rental, while table linens are not provided. Organisers are responsible for setting up and removing the furniture, taking away their event items and disposing of rubbish after the booking.

Facilities include a kitchen with updated cabinets and appliances, including a microwave, along with electricity, water, restrooms and on-site parking. The building is air-conditioned and ADA accessible. Its lagoon-side setting, porch and deck offer options for guests to mingle outside, while the indoor room provides a practical gathering space in different weather.

Riverhouse is rented through the City of Vero Beach Recreation Department. Organisers can contact the department to ask about availability, rental arrangements and current rates. The venue is a straightforward option for planners seeking a private waterfront setting for a wedding reception, party or meeting, with tables and chairs available on site and the event setup managed by the renter.
