ACO Hospitality provides event planners with a versatile range of rooms and venues on the grounds of the historic Carlshütte in Büdelsdorf. Its offer is aimed at companies and organisations planning meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, trade fairs or corporate events. At its heart is the ACO Academy, with eleven meeting rooms, modern audio and video technology, and facilities for events with up to 2,000 attendees.

For larger events, the adjoining exhibition hall offers around 2,900 square metres of space for exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate celebrations and special event set-ups. The historic Thormannhalle can also be booked for events and meetings outside the Festival Orchestra's rehearsal times. Its spacious interior is particularly well suited to events for around 200 to 1,000 people. Other spaces, including showrooms and the Retail and Marketing Centre, provide options for smaller meetings, presentations, exhibitions or receptions.

The venue combines modern conference technology with the distinctive character of the former foundry site, its sculpture park and its proximity to the water. ACO Hospitality also supports event organisers with organisation, catering and the planning of a suitable supporting programme. This makes it possible to plan both specialist meetings and larger corporate events in one place, with a range of rooms and additional services for guests.
