The venue consists of a spacious outdoor area, an amphitheater, and De Fabriek, a characterful Romney shed featuring a transparent section of approximately 11 by 17 meters and a more enclosed space of approximately 11 by 8 meters. This allows organizers to combine various elements of their program. Examples include an indoor reception, a presentation in the amphitheater, and additional activities on the outdoor grounds. The basic layout is deliberately simple, enabling initiators to design and decorate their event themselves.

Gerrits Tuin is equipped with electricity, water connections, a private Wi-Fi network, mood lighting in the shed, two toilets, and a waste container. The location is car-free. Parking for larger events can be arranged in consultation. For events with more than 250 visitors, usage agreements and any associated costs will be discussed jointly.
