The Coopérative de Mai, built on the former site of Michelin's SOCAP, is located on Place du 1er Mai. This emblematic place includes a large room that can accommodate 850 to 1,500 people, a small room called “La Petite Coopé” for 460 people standing, a bar, six dressing rooms for artists, administrative offices and a restaurant/catering managed by the Six-Three association.
Each concert evening, from 7 p.m., the square in front of the Coopérative de Mai comes alive with drinks, small snacks, and sometimes stands, exhibitions, screenings or surprise guests. A friendly moment that goes beyond the simple framework of the concert.
The regular presence of local food trucks, quality catering and a welcoming outdoor bar add to the warm atmosphere. The afterwork evenings attract a diverse crowd every month, thanks to local DJs, entertainment and collaborations with various local cultural and sporting actors.
