As an Event Planner, you know better than anyone that the right atmosphere is crucial for a conference's success. Especially at high-profile events like the Fedafin conference, where financial interests and serious topics take center stage, live music can make the difference between a standard gathering and a memorable experience.

We would like to draw your attention to the fantastic contribution ...

We would like to draw your attention to the fantastic contribution of Saxit, the saxophonist who provided the musical accompaniment to the plenary session of the BZB-Fedafin conference.

The Challenge: Creating an Atmosphere around Finance

The Fedafin Congress is a leading event in the financial sector, bringing together more than a thousand professionals to network, learn, and discuss the future of the industry. The plenary session is the heart of the event, but how do you ensure that the transitions, breaks, and closing remarks are as dynamic and professional as the speakers themselves?

The Solution: The Subtle Power of the Saxophone

Saxit provided:

* Refined Reception: When welcoming guests, Saxit's music immediately created a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. It's a subtle touch that immediately gives guests a premium feeling.

* Energetic Plenary Breaks: Between the serious presentations, his music provided an invigorating and stimulating break. A live set by Saxit is the ideal way to keep the energy high, so attendees return to the sessions with a fresh perspective.

* Flawless Closing: While the day in the financial sector often ends with figures, Saxit concluded its conference at Brussels Expo with a 100% atmosphere and fun. This transforms the "end of the day" routine into a festive, positive memory of the event.

A Dream for Event Planners!

What also makes Saxit an excellent choice for your conference planning is its logistical simplicity.

"No complicated technical specifications, just simple construction and connections."

This is worth its weight in gold! You don't have to worry about complex stage specifications or lengthy sound checks. You get a professional act that effortlessly adapts to the setting, saving you valuable time and stress in an already hectic schedule.

Conclusion for your Next Congress

If you're looking for a musical accompaniment that's simultaneously professional, elegant, and energetic, Saxit the saxophonist is highly recommended. He's proven to perfectly translate the atmosphere of a major financial conference into a unique and unforgettable experience for attendees.

Are you ready for the sounds of success at your next event?

Pleasant cooperation

I recently worked with Koen at a wedding. He's the best in his field. It was a pleasure to work with him, and he created a great atmosphere even before I started my DJ set.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of working with Saxit! I played as Dj Billy and The Kid at a private event. Saxit came along at the right time to lift the party to a higher level. Very professionally we brought a unique set to the audience. Thank you!
