The Foundry is a raw space, perfect for your next private or corporate event! The rental of this venue includes the main space (maximum capacity of 180 people), comprised of the ground floor and mezzanine, The Courtyard (with or without a tent, maximum capacity of 180 people), a fully equipped kitchen, and three staff personnel onsite for your event. The Terrace (maximum capacity of 70 people), The Greenhouse (maximum capacity of 120 people), The Albra Room (maximum capacity of 90 people), and The Pool Room (maximum capacity of 40 people) can be rented as additional spaces. You can use The Foundry's own caterers, table and chair rentals (provided by Broadway Party Rentals), florists, DJ's, musicians, etc. who all know the space and have worked there before, or you are welcome to bring in professional outside vendors (excluding rentals, tent rental, and catering).
