Venue Sunderland - Hope Street Xchange

Venue Sunderland offers stunning, contemporary spaces across two campuses in Sunderland. Their venues are multi-functional and suitable for up to 400 delegates. Their newest venue, Hope Street Xchange, is based in the heart of Sunderland and boasts state-of-the-art AV, an on-site cafe and modern conferencing, meeting and boardroom space. The conference hall, The Enterprise Suite, is flooded with natural daylight and can accommodate up to 180 delegates at once, giving you the opportunity to host a large or small conference. Furthermore, there are The Innovation Suite, The Pinnacle Suite and some more breakout rooms. The Enterprise & Innovation Suites can be used individually or combined to make one large space suitable for up to 180 delegates theatre or 90 banquet style.
