Nice rooms and friendly people
The Provincial House events team was very nice and flexible, they helped us to plan several big events which went very smoothly. The meeting rooms are stylish and well equipped. I recommend using this event space.

Our organization is very satisfied with the regular cooperation with the employees of the congress center in the Provincial House. We sincerely hope that the technical equipment can still be optimized so that we can continue to rely on the complex setting of streaming and switching in presentations.

Congress "25 Years of Ethics and Good Practices"
On October 13, the Association for Ethics in Fundraising (VEF) organized its biannual conference to mark its 25th anniversary. As the person responsible for the organization within the VEF, I was in contact with the Provincial House from the start for practical arrangements. At every level (provincial staff and supporting companies - for simultaneous translation and catering) the cooperation was efficient and cordial. A somewhat difficult start to the agreements with the catering was eventually ended very well. The day itself went without a hitch: and for every (of the few) practical problems, the solution was immediately provided. It is a luxury for an organizer to be able to hold a conference in this way! Our participants came from all over Belgium, and for many the Provincial House was a pleasant discovery: good location (near the station), beautiful spaces, pleasant atmosphere. So: congratulations!!
