A Tailor-made Experience for Our Conferences in Dutch and French
Thanks to it's infrastructure, services and organization, Kinepolis we were able to offer a tailor-made experience to our guests. We held our conference directly in our guests languages in two seperate theater rooms and made the come together for the reception. We had the best of both worlds, togetherness and optimal confort and understanding during the conference(s). Working together with Kinepolises team was seamless and unforeseen issues were quickly addressed with an appropriate solution. I warmly recommend organising your next conference at Kinepolis!
Wedding party G&T
Thank you for making our party a MAGIC party! We knew what we wanted and Eventroom made sure we got what we wanted. Our wishes were not obvious, but Eventroom fulfilled them all! During the wedding party itself we only enjoyed ourselves and we didn't have to worry about anything.

Easy, flexible and effective!
For years, we chose to host our events on our own premises, organizing everything ourselves: catering, technical equipment and support, photographers, streaming, venues. For once we decided to outsource the event organization in order to support a larger conference and save some effort. The result was better than expected: efficient communication, without waste of time/ holistic organization, we only had to deal with the content of our event/ amazing food, everyone commented the quiches/ beautiful premises, lots of light/ kind people. Overall, we had no issues whatsoever and all our guests enjoyed their time, high quality and professional services.
I had the pleasure of organizing an event at the Blue Point for visit.brussels. I emphasize professional, attentive and available service, quality follow-up before, during and after the event. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies. And what I especially want to highlight is the quality catering which delighted the taste buds of the guests with original proposals and full of flavors, which change from what we see everywhere today. Thank you to the whole team for having greatly contributed to the success of the event!
