The ideal setting for our staff party 'A Sky full of Stars'

Het Wit-Gele Kruis van Antwerpen organised a staff party at Kinepolis Antwerpen. We used the cinema room and the Hollywoodzaal for it. This allowed us to create an extra-special experience: there was not only time to celebrate, there was also space for us, as an organisation, to reflect together on our major milestones. That is what makes Kinepolis unique: you have different spaces at your disposal and can combine content with celebration. For catering, you can choose from a fixed Kinepolis partner, but beyond that you have an enormous amount of freedom of choice. This means you can shape the room and the programme entirely to your own wishes. Kinepolis does offer the option of using, among others, toilet staff, security and hosts ... The venue is easy to get to, centrally located and has plenty of parking. That is also very important for large groups.
The support from the account manager was excellent. All our questions were answered quickly. Kinepolis is very service-oriented. There was also someone on hand for us throughout the event. It was a very smooth and pleasant collaboration. We look forward to working together again!

Beautiful wedding celebration!!

Four weeks before our wedding day, we were told by our original venue that our celebration could not go ahead there. PANIC!! Luckily, we found Tom and Marijke and their beautiful venue! They were willing to help us out of a bind and actively helped us work out how to get everything in order within four weeks. What heroes!! Communication was super smooth, and Tom and Marijke managed to make our big day even more beautiful than we could have wished for. The room was beautifully decorated and everything was in perfect order. It was an evening/night of carefree enjoyment for both the guests and us. A huge thank you!!

Excellent venue, excellent service, excellent food

For our team day, we chose Wolf as the venue for dinner, and it was a bullseye! Communication with Jasper was very smooth and pleasant. He dotted all the i’s. We had a separate room with our own bar, all to ourselves.
We also found the voucher system very convenient: this way, each team member could manage their own budget (hopefully they will soon work for online orders too).
Thanks to the various food stalls, everyone could choose what they fancied, and of course there was a lovely drink to go with it.
A really lovely evening for the whole team at a beautiful venue in Antwerp. We will definitely be back, the reservation has already been made! 😉

From preparation to event: a top-notch collaboration

We look back with great satisfaction on our collaboration with Kaat as venue manager. From the preparation phase to the day itself, communication was very smooth and professional. Kaat actively contributed ideas, was easily accessible, and ensured that we could fully focus on the event on the day itself.
During the event itself, she was also a very pleasant and reliable partner: calm, solution-oriented, and always willing to help find a solution when necessary. Thanks to this great collaboration, everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, and we were able to provide our guests with a successful evening.
A huge thank you to Kaat for the professional yet very pleasant collaboration. Absolutely an asset to the organization!
