October 2015 Rebelle has opened! Located in the Augustijnenkerk, a national monument from the 17th century with a special appearance due to its high ceiling, fantastic windows and more than impressive interior. Rebelle, more than 500 m2, a maximum of 800 people, parking nearby and coaches can stop in front of the door. The catering is provided by our professional partners.
What is possible: as much and as diverse as possible! From weddings, parties, dinners & drinks to a pop-up restaurant, coffee tables, exhibition space, fairs and product presentation. The charm of the large high room will be felt at every event!

Oktober 2015 is Rebelle geopend! Gevestigd in de Augustijnenkerk, een Rijksmonument uit de 17de eeuw met een bijzondere uitstraling door haar hoge plafond, fantastische raampartij en meer dan indrukwekkende interieur. Rebelle, meer dan 500 m2, een maximum van 800 personen, parkeergelegenheid in de buurt en touringcars kunnen stoppen voor de deur. De catering wordt verzorgd door onze professionele partners.
Wat er allemaal kan: zo veel en zo divers mogelijk! Van bruiloften, feesten, diners & borrels tot pop up restaurant, koffietafels, expositieruimte, beurzen en product presentatie. De charme van de grote hoge ruimte zal bij elk event voelbaar blijven!

At the end of November 2019 I received a phone call, there was a problem, the location where a client would organize her Christmas party was no longer available. The applicant was in front of the church for a viewing and I myself was in Lanaken for an MT meeting. After hearing the story “from the international applicant” by phone, I immediately jumped in the car and 24 hours later I submitted a suitable proposal to them. Obviously, some fine-tuning had to be done and a few final details to be added and adjusted, but the order was 90% completed and was finally confirmed! Our usual entrance was used and the driveway was decorated with a colored carpet and braziers. In the reception hall, the guests were escorted to the cloakroom, after which they were offered a nice glass of bubbles, and a portrait photo was taken of each guest. During the reception, the guests could enjoy a nut and olive on the table with a drink of their choice. The drinks were served by our hospitable wait staff, for the most part we work with hotello's (because they are so cozy and fun with the guests). The live cooking food buffets were opened at 20:00, the pasta was turned through the large Parmesan cheese, the sliders and burgers were prepared live and everyone could enjoy their favorite dishes. Street vs Culinary food was the idea. At 21:30 the food stations were converted into dessert buffets and the pub quiz, Organized by quizzzit (really toppers) started. The quiz was personalized and full of nice surprises, integration among the different colleagues was one of the client's requirements. So we worked with combined teams from different departments with different backgrounds. Employees came from 32 different countries. Extra points could be earned for the diversity of the team. Mission accomplished! After the pub quiz, the feet went off the floor with a more than impressive light show, a top DJ and the sparkles of various disco balls dancing across our high and beautiful ceilings.

For a client from Brussels I wrote a proposal for a dinner at our location. Two days later I received a call from 'The Event Company' for an application on the same date. Apparently it concerned the same request, the same client for 2 different evenings: a welcome evening and a gala evening. Since we were both working on the same application, I proposed to fly the application entirely together for both evenings. We provide the catering, drinks, location and decoration for the evenings and Event company the Entertainment, day program, hotel stays and direction. The guests arrived at the entrance with a plane ticket, because the guests already knew they were going on a trip. A musical journey around the world through a dinner show. The schedule and dinner had to be very tightly coordinated in terms of timing. That was sometimes a challenge with the culinary dishes. Collaboration was again the 'key to success' here. The performers were fantastic; a samba band, saxophonists, pianos, light shows and beautiful costumes. In addition to the party at our location, EMG (Event management Group, to which the Rebelle belongs) also provided the location and catering for the party the day before. Collaboration in a triangular relationship with our friends from Onder de Brug in Vroenhoven. As we often say: if you can divide, you can also multiply. The result is a more than satisfied client.

In collaboration with Konsept-S, the Rebelle was allowed to organize the 15th anniversary of a beautiful Belgian company in September 2018. The ideas and concepts that were delivered on mood boards were further elaborated by us in a suitable offer, where we added a number of fun elements to the event to surprise the guests. We had planned the reception through the old church doors of the Augustijnenkerk. This is not the usual entrance, but a very chic entrance. The guests were received with a welcome cocktail made by our cocktail shaker, and various delicious appetizers were served. The reception area was screened off with a theater screen. Behind the wall was a beautiful dining room covered. With gray long tablecloths, golden candlesticks, cutlery and napkin rings. Dinner tables high and low with chairs and stools in the same style: Party in Style! In addition to our mood lighting, the room was lit with various moving heads and ship lamps that are also used during the evening party. Our House DJ Marco was ready on the altar (the bar). The countdown sounded through the speakers 10… 9… .8… and at zero the theater curtain opened with a dazzling light show and beautifully decorated tables. The dinner started with a shared starter and a served main and dessert. After dinner, coffee with various digestives was served and the music numbers gradually became more danceable to lure the guests to the dance floor. During the party evening, the guests received a late night snack and after the party were able to party until the early hours in the center of Maastricht (3 minutes walking distance)
