Our approach is based on theories of adult learning and dramaturgy to increase participant outcome as much as possible. We therefore have a special focus on developing programmes and formats that stimulate participants’ attention and commitment – and where the content is both professional and playful.

Nicoline Jacoby Hansen

Nicoline is the anchor behind PLUS Agency. She has a PhD in adult learning and how to increase participant outcome at large conferences.

With her combination of brains, passion and elbow grease, Nicoline has launched a wealth of major meetings over the past 18 years – ranging from strategy kick-offs and staff days to knowledge festivals and conferences for academic communities.

Previously, Nicoline researched knowledge sharing in knowledge-intensive companies, developed executive master’s degrees, been a freelance journalist, and has worked at Disneyland and as a guide at an ostrich farm in South Africa.
