BIZZevents organizes family parties, theme parties, staff parties, open days, receptions, weddings, baby showers, ... and this according to your budget. Total concept from A to Z or just a part. From reception, catering, staff, music, animation, safety, material to construction and dismantling.

BIZZevents consists of a team of 4 enthusiastic professionals, Ann, Sara, Luc & Ruben, who provide their experience and knowledge to make every event, large or small, a success. They followed an “Events” course at the VIVES High School in Kortrijk and “Event management” Odisee Aalst.

BIZZevents starts from a white sheet. We would like to make an appointment, preferably at the location of the event / party, to find out what your wishes and ideas are. There are no costs or obligations associated with this meeting.

We listen to you. We will then search for the concept that suits you best. Then we make a first proposal, completely customized. This first concept is fully discussed and adapted until it meets all your wishes. We give you the necessary advice and help you find a suitable location.

Then we get to work. We make a scenario of the entire event and keep you informed of appointments, bookings, permits, budget, etc.

We coordinate the full (or partial) event / party according to agreements and wishes. Afterwards we evaluate the event together. We have our own specialized staff.

This year, we once again called on BIZZevents with our law firm to organize our annual summer barbecue. This time it was a more festive edition as our office celebrated its 40th anniversary. Luc thanks for the great organization of our wedding party. It started as a dream and that day became a reality in the form of our party. We started from an empty church square and you helped us put all the puzzle pieces together. Good planning, perfect progress as agreed, concept worked out as requested, everything was ready on time and everything was cleared up on Sunday at 10 am. Perfect cooperation with catering from Finesse, very cool and seriously good staff. We had 200 revelers and everyone was SUPER content with everything. And really, we didn't have to take care of anything during our party, everything went smoothly thanks to you. Big thanks to your staff ,,, they are TOPPERTJES! Also with the change from dinner to the dance party at 9 pm you have made everything connected invisibly for us. The deejay Guido made the party complete.
Tips ,, the toilet car could be better despite the price (but you have also paid attention to it, so earlier to notice the company itself) ,,, and imagine future marquees to have the tent set up by paid help because here 4 boys spent a total of 10 hours on ,,, but it was a lot of fun :-)

We teamed up with Bizz Events for our Great Gatsby themed wedding party and are ENORMOUSLY satisfied with the whole line :-)
Everything was taken care of down to the last detail from start to finish ... We ourselves were very satisfied, but our guests even more. We still get compliments every day about the super party, the delicious food, the service, the decoration, ... and that makes us very happy.
Luc and Ann; nothing but beautiful words and bewildered looks received by the decoration of the room, the lighting, the atmosphere, ... Great class. Everything after the party was cleaned up to the last cigarette butt in the garden ... Respect.
Caterer Elton; It is a pity that we have not been able to taste the snacks ourselves because they were apparently very tasty ... The rest of the menu; tasty, refined, more than sufficient, ... TTop dude and ditto team.
DJ Guido; What an ambiance! Feels the audience perfectly and a true faithful DJ. With his texts and encouragements in between, he filled the dance floor until 6 in the morning. After the party we got some cool compilation videos from him, which makes his service more than complete. Super nice guy!
The service; "I have never seen anyone pour out a blonde Affligem with more love than tonight" was just one of the many compliments we received from the guys in the room and behind the bar. We don't all know them by name but if we have to pick out some that made our party perfect ... Ruben; very professional, sympathetic, helpful, ... Sara; had it perfectly in hand, very solution-oriented, ... Bjorn; flamboyant, enthusiastic, born entertainer, ... Everyone greatly appreciated the casual, friendly way of serving and that was exactly how we hoped it would be ..
We will probably forget a number of people, but feel free to let all your partners and team members know that we are extremely satisfied with our cooperation and that we will certainly continue to tell!

Here is a small summary of a survey among the participants:
The participants of the members' party, which was given a new look by BIZZevents, thought it was a successful edition and it was noticed that everyone was very satisfied with the extensive Italian buffet. The food was not only tasty, but also plenty of choice and enough for everyone.
No less than positive reactions about the operation. Our ladies were delighted with the 'handsome' service. Next year the men want something too :-).
After the buffet a dance was placed. The DJ also received many positive reactions. He brought in the atmosphere and ambiance well. The preparation with Luc also left smooth and professional.
We are already looking forward to the next edition with BIZZevents !!
One small negative point perhaps that was cited by a few is that the table decoration was rather sober (tea light in a jar).
The food surpluses should be left by the caterer in the fridge when he leaves. Now everything has remained in the kitchen, in the heat, so many of these goodies had to be thrown away, which was a shame !!

BIZZEVENTS lives up to its slogan

For the organization of our wedding parties (we had two parties) we worked together with Bizzevents. We look back on an excellent experience. Bizzevents creates a tailor-made event, in consultation with the customer and indeed does everything it can to let the customer party without worries.
We met several times in advance. During these meetings, people mainly listen, ideas are tested and further expectations are examined. Initially we were not very convinced about a first proposal. This was adjusted without any problem until it met our expectations. Although there was some uncertainty on our part in the weeks before our wedding party about the employability and feasibility of the whole - the communication was not always happy - everything went more than satisfactorily.
Luc and Ann's address book is impressive. We wanted one of the parties to take place in Asian style. They managed to find the right sets. For example, a betsjak (Indonesian taxi bike) was integrated into the party. Eventually the rings were delivered to the church by pedestrian bicycle, which was certainly appreciated by us and our guests.
Where the tent and the floor could be a bit better at our first party (which was due to the type of tents, and not the BizzEvents), Luc and Ann managed to cover up the imperfections with the necessary expertise. The tent at the second party was fantastic, however, and here they used their experience optimally to accentuate its beauty through quirky skills (professional lighting appropriate, not exaggerated, lanterns, cranes, buddha references, etc.).
Photographer Peter and caterer Elton also exceeded expectations.
With regard to the caterer (Elton De Clercq) in particular, we had some uncertainties in advance whether our expectations (entirely Asian buffet) would be fulfilled. But the organizers remained convinced of their recommendation, and we must indeed admit that we could not have imagined a better choice. All words of praise fail to describe the services of Elton and his team. Excellent choice.
The preparation in the days before the start of our parties went smoothly. Although one of the tent suppliers threatened to throw a spanner in the works at one point, Luc has solved this professionally. He does not shy away from rolling up his sleeves, dragging sofas and planks himself, for hours on end, without losing his infectious positivism. Also during the event itself, BizzEvents more than proved its added value. Through a hands-on approach, all possible problems were solved without us noticing. The staff remained extremely professional and cordial. The price-quality ratio is excellent; Luc, Ann and the whole team are super friendly, always professional and hard workers. In short, a must for everyone!

We have entrusted Bizz Events with the organization of our wedding party. It was a party that took place in the garden of the family so we could let ourselves go. They have listened very carefully to our ideas and have also come up with nice ideas in the same theme. In the end, our wedding day went the way we dreamed it!
