IYLE hosting Tomorrowland Around The World - 25 & 26 juli

Dat 2020 een apart jaar is geworden, dat valt niet meer te betwisten. Zowel op professioneel als op sociaal vlak moesten we het met een pak minder stellen en ook die heerlijke festivalzomer mochten we op onze buik schrijven. Om de pijn wat te verzachten komt Tomorrowland nu met Around the World, een digitaal festival met diverse podia en een line-up om U tegen te zeggen! 👍🏼

Om de festivalsfeer toch wat op te snuiven en die vanop de eerste rij te ervaren, hebben we met In Your Loge Events een formule ontwikkeld waarbij je dit unieke evenement samen met je vrienden als VIP-gast kan beleven, zonder je zorgen te hoeven maken over je gezondheidsveiligheid. 🙌🏼 We voorzien voor jou en je vrienden of klanten een loge met VIP-service én een persoonlijke host die zich over jouw bubbel bekommert en je op je wenken bedient.👌🏼

The possibilities are still limited, but with In Your Loge Events we want to commit ourselves 100% to a summer full of stylish and fun events, without the risk of contamination! Company events according to our IYLE concept With our new concept, we organize corona-proof events for both companies and individuals at our own covered event location in the Ovenhoek in Roeselare. Would you like to organize a staff event, a family day, a customer event, ... this summer? Without endangering public health and with the green light of the COVID Event Risk Model, we put together an event for your company at an outdoor location in a fixed setting. Each event is tailor-made for you with exquisite details so that your exclusive message is clearly conveyed to the right target audience. We collect your personal wishes and goals and create a sequence of virtual fun workshops and games for you with which we bring your guests together for 3 to 4 hours of entertainment. Each participant will receive a personalized box with materials & gadgets delivered at home by our own courier, with which they can experience the workshops and games at their home as intensely as possible. The online event is professionally discussed by our creative moderators-presenters who fill it all up with tips & tricks and small assignments, but who also offer immediate help if a guest has some difficulties with the online event. We can create a dance party via live streaming studio music provided by our DJs, specially selected for you, who play music suitable for your event. It is even possible to request your favorite disc. With all these personal details, we can approach the regular events as closely as possible with this virtual event. Do you also fancy some fun? For my client, we look for a cozy location twice a year to meet with the management team in a different way and completely out of the working atmosphere, in order to organize their strategy and budget planning with an open mind and in a relaxed atmosphere. can discuss. This last-minute request in November was again a successful mission: a cozy cocktail bar in the middle of the city (and therefore close to restaurants for a take-away lunch menu) became the framework for this MOM. The management team was welcomed at 08:45 with a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, followed by a meeting in the lounge upstairs that was adapted for the occasion. No cocktails today, although a nice infusion water with lemon, mint and hibiscus was served for a healthy mind. A Japanese lunch was enjoyed in the afternoon; tasty and light. On to the next ... surprise!
