Attention to detail
We have already organized several events with Event-Idee. Both large (opening of our new company buildings) and small (setting up an ice cream stand for our employees during the warm summer months). Each time we have to establish that the eye for detail and the very high degree of finishing always stand out during our events. No effort is too great for them to develop a personalized detail. Such as beer coasters with our logo, flags with logo, extremely neat invitations and not to forget a cleanup of which you have never noticed that an event has happened, so that everything can go back to normal. Thanks to a carefully thought-out idea, we received several positive comments on the networking event that you organized for our company. I am very satisfied with the progress of our information day. The preparation, the day itself and the phasing-out afterwards went well. Communication went very smoothly and the event was a success. The customers we invited that day were all delighted. We had an idea of how we would organize that day. Event Idee has realized our ideas the way we wanted them to, so that we could plan the day as we wanted but without the stress of getting everything done on time. The collaboration was absolutely satisfactory.

It was just a perfect day!
We handed over our wedding day to Veerle with blind faith!
Which is not obvious to me because I like to be in control myself, but their slogan intrigued me, “life's a party, invite yourself and let us worry about the details!'”
Veerle is an expert in handling such matters properly and in a tailor-made manner. Never could this day have gone or been put together this way if I had taken on this myself.
I can say very convincingly that this was a really good decision.
Veerle respected the fact that we didn't want a classic wedding party and also realized that there were big differences between my wishes and Arne's. Yet she managed to bring our worlds together in a tailor-made wedding that made us both feel very good and comfortable.
Thanks to Veerle's perfect organization and coordination, we were both able to fully enjoy every minute. The compliments that it was a good and fun, organized day and great party flooded in for days afterwards.

We hebben onze huwelijksdag met blind vertrouwen uit handen gegeven aan Veerle!
Wat niet evident is voor mij want ik heb graag de touwtjes zelf in handen, doch intrigeerde hun slogan mij, “life’s a party, invite yourself and let us worry about the details!’”
Veerle is een expert in dergelijke zaken goed en op maat aan te pakken. Nooit had deze dag op deze manier kunnen verlopen of in elkaar gestoken geweest zijn mocht ik dit zelf op mij genomen hebben.
Ik kan zeer overtuigend zeggen dat dit echt een goede beslissing is geweest.
Veerle respecteerde het feit dat wij geen klassiek huwelijksfeest wilden en besefte ook dat er grote verschillen zaten tussen de wensen van mezelf en die van Arne. Toch slaagde ze er in om onze werelden samen te brengen in een op maat gegoten huwelijksfeest waar we ons beiden zeer goed en comfortabel bij gevoeld hebben.
We hebben door Veerle haar perfecte organisatie en coördinatie beiden ten volle van iedere minuut kunnen genieten. De complimenten dat het een goede en leuke, georganiseerde dag en topfeest was stroomden binnen tot dagen nadien.
Dit wil je toch hé, dat je feest als zeer positief en leuk herinnert wordt. Bedankt Veerle voor de organisatie en coördinatie van onze dag, it was just a perfect day!
Heb je dus een event of privéfeest en twijfel je er aan om op deze manier te werk te gaan, twijfel niet langer en laat Veerle er op los, het wordt ongetwijfeld een topfeest of event!
