Pioneer Engineers Club of Indiana, Inc.

The Pioneer Engineers Club of Indiana offers a countryside venue for organisers planning private occasions in Rushville. Its facility includes a 2,000-square-foot banquet room with a vaulted ceiling, in a rustic setting at Caldwell Pioneer Acres. The room can accommodate up to 150 people with the club's folding tables and chairs, making it suitable for gatherings that need a dedicated indoor space.

Practical features include air conditioning, electric service and a kitchenette equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave and generous counter space. The building has separate men's and women's restrooms, and the grounds provide ample parking and outdoor security lighting. For events that benefit from time outside, there is also a 40-by-40-foot shelter, green space and a playground.

The site gives event planners the option of combining the banquet room with outdoor areas, depending on the occasion and arrangements agreed with the club. The venue is available for hire directly through the organisation, which handles facility bookings itself rather than using a third-party provider. Organisers can contact the rental team to discuss availability and details for their occasion.

Caldwell Pioneer Acres is also home to the club's agricultural heritage activities, including its annual reunion and demonstrations of historic machinery. That broader rural setting gives the property a distinctive character, while the bookable banquet facility provides a practical option for local celebrations and other private gatherings. The club is based south-west of Rushville, Indiana.
