Buffalo Rose

Buffalo Rose offers a historic, multi-purpose event venue in downtown Golden, Colorado, for organisers planning weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Its restored buildings combine period features such as exposed brick, steel trusses and original architectural details with modern facilities for hosting guests.

The venue has several spaces that can be booked individually or combined. The main hall and mezzanine suit larger receptions, dinners, conferences and live entertainment, while smaller rooms provide settings for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, private dining and intimate gatherings. Couples can also use the venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions, with suites available for getting ready. Outdoor options include a covered deck and patio areas with lounge seating and fire pits.

Capacity depends on the room and layout. The main event space can host up to 300 seated guests for a plated meal, with standing configurations available for larger gatherings. Smaller rooms accommodate groups from around 15 people, making the site suitable for events of different sizes.

Event packages can include tables, chairs, linens, tableware, catering, bar service, staffing and coordination. The venue also has a stage, sound system, large screens and video projection for presentations and entertainment. Its in-house team can help organisers plan room arrangements and event details, and can connect them with local suppliers. Located near hotels, restaurants and shops in central Golden, Buffalo Rose offers a distinctive Colorado setting for both social and business events.
