Westpoint Exeter

Westpoint Exeter is a large event venue set in the Devon countryside near Exeter and Junction 30 of the M5. Its indoor arena, conference facilities and extensive outdoor grounds give event planners a choice of settings for events ranging from business meetings to major public shows.

The arena offers more than 4,500 square metres of flexible indoor space and can be hired as a blank canvas for exhibitions, concerts, sporting events and entertainment productions. Supporting facilities include a foyer, an organisers' office, production areas, toilets and an on-site café. The venue also provides 150 acres of outdoor grounds, available on a dry-hire basis for festivals, trade shows, vehicle displays, sporting events and other large gatherings.

For smaller or more structured events, Westpoint has a Conference Suite, the Ivington Suite and a Meeting Studio. The Conference Suite accommodates up to 300 people and includes a foyer, stage, PA system, projector and AV equipment. The Ivington Suite offers flexible seating and built-in presentation facilities, while the Meeting Studio is suited to groups of up to 60. These spaces can host conferences, training days, meetings, launches, receptions and private celebrations. The venue also lists weddings among the events it accommodates.
