Stadslab Almelo

Haven Noordzijde 101, 7602 EG Almelo, Netherlands

Stadslab Almelo is an event venue in a former laboratory belonging to the Koninklijke Ten Cate textile factory. The industrial building combines historic details with a warm, retro interior and modern facilities. Several spaces are available across approximately 900 m², including various smaller rooms and a large event hall. The rooms can be arranged as required, for example with chairs, tables or standing tables.
Organisers can use the venue for business gatherings such as meetings, seminars, conferences, product launches, customer days and company parties. The team can also help plan a suitable event for private parties and staff outings. The venue has audiovisual facilities, including interactive screens, a projector, a sound system and flipcharts. Stadslab is available for exclusive hire for business events.
For parties and company outings, there are options to combine food, drinks, music, entertainment and activities. These could include a dinner, a party with a DJ or live music, a cooking workshop or a programme of activities on and around the water. Trattoria serves Mediterranean dishes and can be part of the catering. Outside, the city beach is beside the water, with a terrace providing extra space for guests.
With its combination of different spaces, catering and event facilities, Stadslab Almelo can help plan both a daytime gathering and a festive evening. The venue is close to Almelo town centre and station, with parking available nearby. Organisers can get in touch to view the rooms and discuss their event requirements.
