HERSPACE

HERSPACE is a bookable event space in Harlem, New York, for organisers planning private celebrations, business gatherings and creative events. The venue welcomes occasions such as birthday parties, baby showers, family get-togethers, conferences, art exhibitions and pop-up shops. It also offers space for film, production and video shoots, giving organisers a flexible setting for more than social events.

Bookings are offered in packages and by the hour, with options tailored to different uses. Some packages include tables and chairs, a Bluetooth speaker and set-up time. Organisers can also enquire about a decoration package featuring a choice of backdrop, display pedestals, a candy cart and balloon garlands. Other add-ons listed by the business include neon lights, a fog machine, popcorn equipment, cake display pieces and photo booth options.

HERSPACE can provide assistance with event details and can help arrange services such as decor, lighting, photography, DJs and security. A catering menu is also listed, while the venue's booking information describes options for bringing in outside catering. These extras give planners the choice of arranging selected support through the venue or organising more of the event themselves.

Located on West 133rd Street, the space has ground-floor wheelchair access. Tables and chairs are included with some packages, and parking is available nearby. Event planners can contact the venue to discuss the occasion, select a package and check which furnishings, equipment and additional services are available for their preferred date.
