PaulusSaal

Dreisamstraße 3, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany

PaulusSaal is an event venue in the centre of Freiburg that hires out rooms to event planners and organisations. The historic main hall is suitable for a range of formats, including concerts, cabaret, conferences, members' meetings, party conferences, readings, exhibitions, parties and receptions. With rows of seats, it can accommodate up to 880 people. For conferences, the hall floor can be set up with tables and chairs. For smaller performances, seating can also be arranged in a semicircle around a small stage. Around 390 square metres of space are available for exhibitions.
In addition to the main hall, organisers can enquire about hiring Pauluskirche in the same building for events with around 300 seats. The venue also has a conference room of around 90 square metres and a foyer with a café area. According to the provider, these smaller spaces can only be booked at short notice. The room layout and seating are arranged to suit the planned event. On request, the management can put organisers in touch with caterers, cloakroom staff and event technology providers.
The central location on Dreisamstraße offers good public transport connections. The hall is also within walking distance of the main railway station. When choosing a date, event planners should bear in mind that the University of Freiburg uses the building for classes and exams during parts of the semester. Other hire periods are available, particularly on many weekends and during specified periods. For specific availability and a personalised offer, it is best to contact PaulusSaal management directly.
