Het Loket is a venue for celebrations and meetings in Nijlen's former station building. The historic property combines distinctive, authentic features with a modern interior, creating a welcoming setting for a wide range of gatherings. The function room is suitable for groups of around 10 to 130 people and can be arranged for both smaller gatherings and larger celebrations.
Organisers can host wedding receptions, baby showers, communions, anniversaries and other private celebrations here. Het Loket also offers a suitable setting for corporate events, seminars, product launches and meetings. Workshops and business gatherings can be held in an inspiring environment with the necessary meeting facilities.
For celebrations, the venue works with several caterers. There is a wide range of options, from a food truck or barbecue to a sit-down dinner. The catering partners can also provide service and, if required, help with other arrangements for the event. The room can also be hired without a caterer, although you cannot bring in an external caterer yourself. In that case, Het Loket can provide options such as a basket of sandwiches or a chip van, as well as service from an experienced barman or waiter.
As an added extra, a photobooth is available to hire, with props and personalised prints. The venue is next to Nijlen station, accessible by train, and has parking nearby.
