Coastal Events & Occasions offers oceanfront spaces for weddings, receptions and other gatherings at the St. Regis Resort in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Event planners can choose between indoor halls overlooking the coast and an outdoor beach ceremony, with spaces suited to different guest numbers and event styles.

The Overlook offers panoramic ocean views and can host up to 200 guests. Its hire includes tables and chairs, as well as use of a get-ready room. Pender Hall and Onslow Hall each have a built-in bar and dance floor, large windows and beach access. Onslow Hall accommodates up to 100 guests, while Pender Hall is suited to larger celebrations. The halls can be arranged with full-service catering or, where available, outside catering.

For ceremonies on the sand, the venue provides a set-up with a bamboo arbor and white wedding chairs, and handles the required permits and set-up and breakdown. Couples can also arrange on-site coordination, including planning meetings and support with the rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Food options include buffet packages with a choice of appetisers, main courses and sides. Bar service can be arranged with certified bartenders, drinks planning and service of client-provided alcohol. Tables, chairs and selected room amenities are included depending on the space and package, so organisers can discuss the details when planning their event.
