500 Pearl

500 Pearl is a downtown Buffalo venue for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations. Its range of spaces includes a grand ballroom, a restored theatre, historic function rooms, smaller meeting spaces, a rooftop bar and a lounge. This variety gives event planners options for intimate meetings, private dinners and receptions as well as larger galas, conferences, ceremonies and parties.

The rooms have different layouts and character. Some offer built-in sound, screens or projection facilities, while flexible spaces can be adjusted to suit the event. The Forbes Theater has a stage, balcony and original theatre seating, and the Fuhrmann Room can be divided to create a smaller setting. The venue also offers planning support, including an event coordinator and banquet manager, with options such as linens, napkins and selected décor elements. Accessibility and parking are available, with valet parking by arrangement.

Weddings are a prominent part of the venue's offer, with spaces for ceremonies and receptions, plus arrangements for related gatherings such as rehearsal dinners and showers. Corporate organisers can enquire about meetings, presentations, happy hours and larger functions. Social event options include birthdays, holiday parties and private dinners. On-site food and drink are provided by 500 Pearl, with catering and bar options arranged as part of the event. Its downtown location, nearby hotel accommodation and additional on-site amenities give planners ways to bring together venue, hospitality and guest experience in one destination.
