Vacancy Avenue

Vacancy Avenue is a bookable creative studio and event venue in Inglewood, offering flexible indoor space for organisers planning private celebrations, business gatherings and creative productions. The venue has two areas: a 700-square-foot multipurpose studio and a separate 200-square-foot room suited to podcasting and photography. Together, the spaces offer options for different event formats, from a focused meeting or recording session to a larger gathering.

The studio's urban-eclectic decor includes distinctive furnishings, a vintage-style picture-frame wall and a framed hedge wall with a reclaimed wooden swing. These features give the room a recognisable look for celebrations, brand events, pop-ups, fashion presentations and photo or video shoots. The venue also lists uses such as workshops, seminars, networking events, baby showers, birthday parties, receptions and corporate functions. The stated booking minimum is two hours, and the studio is described as accommodating groups of around 60 to 80 people.

Organisers can enquire about the date, event type, guest numbers and the space they wish to use. Optional booking extras include photography or photography and videography, as well as equipment such as a speaker, chairs, folding tables, a tripod and video lights. This allows planners to tailor a hire to the needs of their gathering or production. Vacancy Avenue is a useful option for those seeking a characterful, adaptable space in Inglewood for an event, a shoot or a creative project.
