Coffey Grounds Farm LLC

Coffey Grounds Farm is a countryside venue in Stilwell, Kansas, offering a restored barn and outdoor grounds for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events. The farm welcomes couples, families and organisations looking for a relaxed setting with indoor and outdoor spaces to bring guests together.

The climate-controlled barn has tables and chairs, with different set-up options for gatherings. Outside, gardens, seasonal flowers, open lawns and a fire pit provide space for ceremonies, drinks, games and photographs. The venue also has parking, restrooms and a private suite where guests can get ready before a celebration. Organisers can bring their own caterer, florist, photographer and entertainment, or ask the farm for recommendations. Catering, bar service and help with decor are also available.

Weddings and milestone celebrations are among the occasions hosted here, alongside showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions and family gatherings. Businesses can enquire about company celebrations, holiday parties, team gatherings and client events. The venue's event enquiry form lets planners share the type of occasion and expected guest numbers as a starting point for a conversation.

The working farm setting adds a distinctive backdrop, with gardens, animals and seasonal activities on the grounds. Depending on the season, visitors can pick flowers and produce, and private event groups can enquire about a visit with the farm's cows. Coffey Grounds Farm also hosts its own seasonal gatherings and classes, but for organisers the central offer is a bookable venue with flexible spaces and practical event amenities.
