Gather On The Square

Gather On The Square is a historic event venue in the heart of downtown McKinney, Texas. Its characterful setting provides a flexible backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, graduations, quinceañeras and celebrations of life. The venue also welcomes business meetings, networking events, workshops, client gatherings, fundraisers and team occasions.

The space combines historic features with a welcoming atmosphere, and the team works with event planners to shape the room around the occasion. Venue hire packages can include tables, chairs, linens, place settings, set-up and event staff. Catering and drinks are arranged separately, giving organisers the flexibility to choose options suited to their guests and plans. The venue also offers tours for prospective clients, so event planners can view the space and discuss their requirements before booking.

Located within McKinney's historic downtown district, Gather places guests close to local restaurants, shops, coffee houses and other attractions. This makes it a convenient choice for events where guests may want to explore the area before or after the gathering. The venue is owned and operated by the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and hosts both private bookings and business or community gatherings. Whether planning a wedding, a company celebration or a local fundraiser, organisers can enquire about availability and discuss how the space can suit their event.
