Technologiepark Warnemünde GmbH

Friedrich-Barnewitz-Straße 5, 18119 Rostock, Germany

The Technologiecampus in Rostock-Warnemünde hires out rooms for meetings, conferences, congresses, seminars, workshops, presentations and smaller trade fairs. The education and conference centre has eight rooms that can be combined flexibly. The largest hall accommodates up to 220 people and can be divided into two areas by a soundproof partition wall. Depending on the seating arrangement, other rooms are suitable for smaller groups, training sessions or meetings. A foyer can be used for exhibition stands and display areas if required.

The rooms are bright and furnished in a modern style. The technical equipment includes projectors and flipcharts, as well as a microphone system in the large hall. Various seating arrangements are available for selected events. An open innovation space can also be booked for events focused on collaboration, development and creative work.

Event planners can also request support with preparation and organisation. The team tailors its services to the requirements of each event and provides professional event management. Ripka Catering is an independent provider of catering at the conference centre. There is also a cafeteria on campus. Parking is available directly at the venue and in the surrounding area. The location in Warnemünde is well connected by rail, ferry and air. Hotels and guesthouses are also available in the seaside resort and can be reached from the conference centre.

This makes the venue a suitable choice for organisers looking for a well-equipped setting in Rostock for professional gatherings, with rooms for groups of different sizes.
