For smaller gatherings, there is a cafeteria of around 59 m², with a kitchenette, bar and utility room. A spacious terrace adjoins it. Both spaces overlook a public lawn with a playground. Parking is available near the building, and wireless internet is provided.
The halls are intended for private and public activities with a social or cultural character. The venue does not provide catering, so organisers must make their own arrangements for food and drink. Tenants are also responsible for cleaning up afterwards. The furniture and materials provided are included in the hire price.
The spaces can be booked in half-hour slots, subject to availability and municipal conditions. These cover, among other things, maximum capacity, end times and permitted activities. Parties, dance events and loud music are not permitted. Organisers wishing to place a food truck or bouncy castle in the car park must notify the venue in advance. Contact the municipal leisure department in good time to discuss the options and availability.
