Beeson Hall

Beeson Hall is a 5,000-square-foot venue in Franklin, Indiana, available to rent for wedding receptions, business meetings, corporate gatherings, educational meetings, anniversary celebrations and other special occasions. Operated by Franklin Parks & Recreation, the hall is part of the Cultural Arts & Recreation Center and offers organisers a large indoor setting for both formal and relaxed events.

The space can accommodate up to 350 guests in a lecture-style arrangement. For receptions, capacity is up to 250 without a dance floor or 220 with the dance floor in use, giving planners options for different layouts and event formats. A wooden floor provides room for dancing, while the hall also has a food service area and a designated space for a DJ.

Organisers can choose their own food arrangements, including bringing food or hiring an approved caterer. Use of the kitchen is included with the rental. Caterers must meet the city's insurance requirements, and events serving alcohol have additional requirements, including licensed security on site. Setup and pack-down time should be included in the booking period.

Beeson Hall is available to request through Franklin Parks & Recreation's facility reservation system, where planners can check availability and submit a rental request. The city publishes different hourly rates for weekday and weekend bookings, with rates varying for residents and non-residents, plus applicable tax. The venue's flexible capacity and event-focused facilities make it suitable for receptions, meetings and celebrations in central Indiana.
