The Patterson

The Patterson is a historic event venue in downtown Valdosta, offering several distinct spaces for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its rooms combine period architectural details with updated facilities, giving organisers a choice of settings for events of different sizes and styles.

The Grand Ballroom is the venue's largest space, with hardwood floors, high ceilings, chandeliers, a stage and an in-house sound system. It can be arranged for seated receptions, theatre-style gatherings or cocktail events. The Loft offers a more relaxed setting for receptions, rehearsal dinners, networking and private parties, while the Parlor suits smaller dinners, bridal showers, meetings and intimate celebrations. The Parlor can also be joined with the Loft for a larger event. Bridal and groom suites provide dedicated spaces for preparations and time away from guests.

Weddings are a particular focus, and The Patterson promotes wedding packages with planning and coordination, catering, floral design, décor and entertainment options. Organisers can discuss a tailored arrangement and tour the venue by appointment. The venue also welcomes quinceañeras, social occasions and corporate events, with its rooms adaptable for dining, dancing, presentations and live entertainment.

With its central location and a mix of grand and intimate rooms, The Patterson can accommodate events ranging from small gatherings to large celebrations. Event planners can enquire about the spaces, available dates and package details to find a suitable set-up for their occasion.
