Wilkshire Event Center

Wilkshire Event Center provides indoor and outdoor spaces in Bolivar, Ohio, for weddings, business meetings and social celebrations. The venue has several settings to choose from, so organisers can match the space to the size and style of their event. The North Room accommodates up to 60 guests, while the East and West Rooms can host up to 150 for corporate-style seating or up to 125 for weddings and other celebrations. The larger rooms include access to a covered patio, and the East and West area has an attached catering kitchen. Outdoor options include the Simon Pavilion, gazebo and courtyard.

The venue is also suited to birthday parties, showers, reunions, banquets and company gatherings. Organisers can arrange a site tour and request an event quote, then work with the team on a room layout and set-up. Tables and chairs are provided, and staff can help with room preparation. Bar packages range from non-alcoholic service to beer, wine and spirits. An open food-vendor policy lets organisers choose a restaurant, chef or caterer, or bring their own food. The catering kitchen includes practical equipment such as a refrigerator, microwave, food warmer and ice machine.

Available facilities include projection screens, microphones and other audio-visual equipment. Additional options include linen services, basic decor packages, and wedding rehearsal and ceremony coordination. The adjoining mini-golf course can also be included as an optional activity. Accessible facilities and parking are available, with additional space for vendors. This combination of flexible rooms, practical event support and optional extras makes Wilkshire Event Center a local choice for organisers planning weddings, meetings and celebrations.
