IET London: Savoy Place

IET London: Savoy Place is a central London venue for organisers planning conferences, meetings, training sessions, receptions and private celebrations. Set beside the River Thames, the historic building combines a distinctive setting with modern facilities and a range of spaces to suit different event formats and group sizes.

Organisers can choose from lecture theatres, boardrooms, seminar and conference rooms, and larger areas for dinners, exhibitions, award ceremonies and corporate receptions. The venue also has a rooftop terrace with views across the city, offering an appealing setting for outdoor receptions and informal gatherings. Its spaces can accommodate both smaller meetings and larger conferences, with layouts and room choices to match the event programme.

Technology is a central part of the offer. The venue provides in-house audio-visual facilities for presentations and conferences, and organisers can enquire about filming, video production and live streaming through the IET's production team. In-house catering is available, with options to support different event styles, from meeting refreshments to meals and receptions.

The venue is also presented as an option for wedding receptions and celebrations, as well as Christmas parties and other private functions. Its central location is served by London's public transport network, making it practical for delegates and guests travelling from across the city and beyond. Event organisers can contact the venue team to discuss room availability, event requirements and hire options.
