Maybrook Farm

Set on a historic farm in East Tennessee, Maybrook Farm offers event organisers a choice of settings across its landscaped grounds. The property includes an 1870s farmhouse, a rustic barn, a courtyard pergola and a spring-fed lake, giving couples several options for ceremonies, receptions and photographs. Weddings are a central part of the venue's offer, with packages for elopements, one-day celebrations and two-day wedding gatherings.

The farm also welcomes other occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, church functions, memorials, quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteen celebrations, photo shoots and corporate events. Organisers can discuss the available spaces and pricing to suit the event and budget. Wedding packages include access to a bridal suite in the main house and a groom's room in the barn. A prop room provides decorations for clients to use, while a commercial tent and evening lighting are available for larger or later celebrations.

Depending on the package, hire includes time for a rehearsal gathering as well as the main event. The venue's team handles set-up and clean-up, leaving organisers to arrange their own finishing touches. Commercial restrooms, a firepit, a deck and a bar area add practical features to the barn setting. With several indoor and outdoor locations on one property, Maybrook Farm can host both intimate ceremonies and larger gatherings in a rural setting near Athens. Event insurance is required, and organisers should confirm current availability, guest capacity and package details directly with the venue.
