OAK Experience llc

OAK Experience provides wedding planning and event design for couples who want support shaping a celebration around their own style and priorities. Its full-service offer brings planning, design and floral work together, with the team involved from early decisions through the event itself. Couples can choose a more extensive planning and production partnership, book custom floral design on its own, or combine flowers with wedding-day coordination.

The planning and coordination service covers the practical details that help the day run smoothly, including working with the couple's chosen suppliers, overseeing the schedule and responding to changes as they arise. Floral work ranges from arrangements to larger installations, developed to suit the look and atmosphere of each celebration. Rather than relying on a fixed package, OAK begins by learning what matters to the couple and shaping the work accordingly.

Beyond weddings, OAK also works on private gatherings such as dinners, showers and parties. Its broader event work includes curated experiences that bring together design, music and hospitality, as well as ticketed occasions and private collaborations. These offerings make OAK a planning and creative services provider, not simply a venue for hire. The team can help organisers develop a concept, create a coherent visual setting and coordinate the details needed to deliver the event. For couples and hosts who want a considered design and experienced on-the-day support, OAK offers services that can be tailored to the scale and character of the occasion.
