Vista West Ranch

Vista West Ranch is a bookable wedding and event venue in Dripping Springs, set among the mature oaks and open countryside of Texas Hill Country. Its rustic reception barn pairs weathered materials and warm lighting with outdoor spaces for ceremonies, drinks and relaxed gatherings. The grounds include a Biergarten, fire pits and a waterfall feature, giving organisers several distinct settings to use throughout an event.

The venue welcomes weddings of different sizes, from elopements and intimate celebrations to receptions for up to 250 guests. Wedding-related bookings can include ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and receptions. The rental offering includes tables and chairs, lighting, a catering preparation area, venue staff support and designated bridal and groom spaces. Couples can bring in outside suppliers, including their chosen caterer, and the property has a BYOB policy with bartenders provided through its service arrangement.

Beyond weddings, Vista West Ranch is available for wellness retreats, family reunions, corporate gatherings, fundraisers and other private celebrations. Organisers can book day-use space or arrange an overnight retreat using the on-site Bunk House. Additional lodging options and weekend property bookings are available for groups looking to spend more time together in the Hill Country.

The venue can accommodate both indoor and outdoor plans, with parking for guests and buses. Tours are arranged by appointment, giving event planners an opportunity to explore the barn, outdoor areas and accommodation before discussing dates and requirements with the venue team.
