Palais des Congrès et des Expositions Jacques Chir

16 Av. Georges Clemenceau, 26000 Valence, France

Palais des Congrès et des Expositions Jacques Chirac hosts congresses, trade fairs, seminars and other business events in Valence. Its complex brings together congress facilities and exhibition space in one venue, with layouts suited to both smaller meetings and large-scale gatherings.
Organisers have four halls totalling 6,900 m², a flexible auditorium that can accommodate up to 500 people and more than ten meeting rooms. These spaces can be used for conferences, business meetings, training sessions, competitions, performances or company presentations. Two separate reception areas make it easier to welcome attendees, while a 220 m² terrace and hospitality spaces provide options for socialising.
The team supports project organisers as they prepare their event, including with site visits, assessing requirements and requesting quotes. Equipment and services can be added to the venue hire, including furniture, sound systems, video projection, technical production, lighting, Wi-Fi access and welcome assistance. For catering, stands or other services, the venue also connects organisers with specialist partners.
Located in the heart of Valence, the venue is accessible from the railway stations and main roads. Its flexible spaces, dedicated delivery access and range of services make it possible to adapt the setup to the requirements of each event, from a business meeting to a trade fair welcoming exhibitors and visitors.
