Salle des fêtes d'Aunay-sur-Odon
- Rue de Condé, 14260 Aunay-sur-Odon, France
The village hall in Aunay-sur-Odon, managed by the commune of Monts d'Aunay, welcomes organisers looking for a space for a reception, a party or an association gathering. Its large capacity means it can accommodate up to 600 people seated, or 350 people dancing, depending on the layout chosen.
The venue includes a fully equipped kitchen with tables, a steam oven and refrigerators, as well as crockery, a bar, a stage and a dance floor. Parking is available on site and access is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A trompe-l'œil painted decoration gives the hall a distinctive touch.
This multipurpose hall is suitable for meals and celebrations that require a spacious venue, as well as events with music, speeches or stage entertainment. Organisers can make use of the facilities provided to prepare to welcome their guests and adapt the space to their programme. The hire is managed by the town hall, which asks those interested to specify their preferred dates and the nature of their event when making an enquiry.
Bookings are made by email with the town hall. Once accepted, the booking file must be completed within the time limit specified by the commune, with the signed contract, proof of insurance and the required guarantees. Payment includes a deposit of 50% of the hire cost, with the balance payable before use. Located in Aunay-sur-Odon, in Calvados, the hall therefore offers a functional setting for organising private, association or local events.
