myEvent GmbH

Klingenhofstraße 40, 90411 Nürnberg, Germany

myEvent World in Nürnberg rents out a versatile event venue for business and private events. The space covers around 1,600 m² across two floors, as well as an outdoor area. Event planners can combine the areas to suit the occasion, number of guests and desired schedule, for example for company parties, Christmas dinners, summer parties, conferences or wedding celebrations.
The rooms can be arranged with different seating layouts and are heated and air-conditioned. This means the venue can be set up for a shared meal, a formal evening event or a business function. For events with several programme sections, the layout across different areas makes it possible to hold the reception, meal and other programme items all in one place. You can also request a price for your specific event date and desired number of guests.
You are free to choose your caterer. This allows organisers to select a provider that suits their culinary concept and budget. The enquiry form also lets you specify requirements for food and drink, as well as equipment such as a DJ or live music, a dance floor, lighting and sound equipment or a stage. These options can be taken into account when planning your event.
Free parking is available, and public transport is within walking distance. According to the operator, Nürnberg Airport is about ten minutes away. myEvent World is therefore a suitable choice for event planners looking for a flexible venue in Nürnberg and wishing to tailor the rooms, catering and additional equipment to their event.
