Jacobs Berry Farm

Jacobs Berry Farm is a historic venue in Gardnerville, Nevada, set on a five-acre working farm in Carson Valley. The property offers a distinctive countryside setting for weddings and other celebrations, with its restored farmhouse, century-old barn, orchard, berry fields and garden spaces. Couples can choose from several ceremony locations, including open lawns and the barn, while dinner and dancing can be arranged indoors or outdoors among the trees and gardens.

The venue is also suited to occasions such as anniversaries, graduation parties, birthdays, corporate events and retreats. Its historic buildings and grounds provide different backdrops for gathering, dining and photographs, with separate preparation spaces available for wedding parties. Recent improvements to the barn allow it to host events throughout the year, and the property combines its period character with practical comforts for guests.

Organisers can arrange a tour to explore the spaces and discuss their plans with the venue team. For weddings, the team offers guidance with timelines, decor choices and vendor recommendations, as well as a final walkthrough before the celebration. The venue also assists with event-day practicalities, including setting out and clearing tables. Organisers may select their own vendors, subject to the venue's requirements, while bartending is restricted to providers on its preferred list. On-site facilities include restrooms and parking, with a golf cart available to help guests who need assistance along the driveway. The farm continues to grow berries and produce honey, adding to the agricultural setting and the property's connection to local history.
