Village of Glen Ellyn

Glen Ellyn Civic Center provides bookable meeting space at the Village of Glen Ellyn's municipal building in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Its room facilities are suited to meetings, workshops, training sessions and other gatherings, particularly for civic, cultural, educational and public information groups serving the wider community. The Village describes public meeting space as primarily intended for these community-focused purposes, so organisers should check the reservation policy and confirm that their proposed use is eligible before making plans.

The Clayton Meeting Room is on the building's second floor and has a maximum occupancy of 50. Listed amenities include tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, internet access, parking, toilets and step-free accessibility. Organisers can check availability and submit a reservation request through the Village's online facility system. The facility listing states that there is no admission fee, though organisers should confirm any applicable room-use terms directly with the Village.

The Civic Center is a practical option for groups looking for a central, accessible place to meet rather than a full-service celebration venue. The Village's website also lists a gymnasium at the building, but bookings for that space are handled separately by the Glen Ellyn Park District. Event organisers should contact the Village about the Clayton Meeting Room and approach the Park District for gymnasium enquiries. Catering, event production and private-party packages are not presented as part of the Civic Center's room offer.
